Radix wins Best Companies to Work for in Rio de Janeiro

Award, conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, places Radix on top of the podium for small and medium-sized companies.

For the fourth time in seven years, Radix has landed on the top of the podium for Best Companies to Work for - small and medium - in Rio de Janeiro. The recognition is based on a survey conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW).

The company’s commitment and dedication in building a great work environment was fundamental for the recognition, said Luiz Eduardo Rubião, Radix CEO. Despite the difficult time in the economy, the company diversified its portfolio, continued to invest in talent, and expanded its business overseas.

Since its foundation in 2010, Radix has accumulated titles from Best Companies to Work for In Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Latin America, and IT&Telecom. The CEO has received 31 awards throughout his career, in which 35% of those was 1st place, and 77% was in the top 3.

In 2016, Radix landed in 3rd Best Companies to Work for in Brazil, 3rd Best Companies to Work for in Rio de Janeiro, and 3rd Best Companies to work for in IT&Telecom, and 9th Best Companies to Work for In Latin America.

The Great Place to Work Institute conducts a survey on companies around the world to evaluate human resources practices applied. The survey assesses employee experience in the workplace in five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.  

The announcement and award ceremony took place on Monday, July 31st, in Rio de Janeiro.
