On August 21, Radix engaged in a Cloud Security and Risk Management Symposium at Sindusfarma (Industry Syndicate of Pharmaceutical Products in the State of São Paulo, Brazil). Geraldo Rochocz, the Radix Technology Director, and Paulo Pagliusi, KPMG Technology Risk Consulting Partner, discussed topics concerning digital transformation, cloud security and emerging technology risk management.

The event brought together about 20 pharma and healthcare sector leaders. Flávio Waltz, Radix Director, helped arrange the event and views the occasion as an excellent opportunity to become more familiar with the pharmaceutical industry. “The audience was highly engaged and pleased with the discussions. We are confident we are entering the industry with our best foot forward”, says Waltz.

Radix and Sindusfarma partnership was made possible by Daiichi Sankyo. Daiichi Sankyo is a global pharmaceutical company with its corporate origin in Japan and currently covers 56 countries.

Waltz continues, “After a constructive meeting on Cloud Security earlier this year, Sindusfarma invited us back for a more extensive and comprehensive debate on the topic.  We have been invited to partner with Sindusfarma, and will continue working with KPMG on market prospects”

Sindusfarma was created to support and defend the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, over 300 companies are part of the association, which represents about 95% of the Brazilian pharmaceutical market.
