Radix Headquarters in Brazil Moves to New Modern Open-space Office
New space gives off a café-house vibe as it balances efficiency with collaboration.
Radix headquarters in Brazil moved into a new office after almost 9 years in the old location. Not far from the former address, it occupies one whole floor with approximately 22,000 square feet, which was completely renovated for Radix’s use.
The new structure has a modern open-space concept that includes plenty of windows for natural light, small and large conference rooms, a variety of work spaces, a strategically located communal lounge area, and a cafeteria.
According to João Chachamovitz, Radix CEO, Radix’s growth is coming along at a quicker rate than expected: “We have been exponentially growing throughout the years. The strong demand brings opportunities as well as challenges. The new clients have helped the company expand to the point where a new building was a necessity.”
The new workspace layout complements Radix agile work style and improves collaboration among co-workers, which ultimately increases productivity. Ana Cláudia Freire, Radix Senior HR Manager explains, “The open space concept enhances the flow of information and teamwork. The constant interaction generates a sense of collective purpose and belonginess. It reinforces the company’s culture and mission.”
