Radix US CEO presenting how Radix expanded to the international market

This month, Radix US CEO, Flávio Guimarães was invited to present during the Mission Oil & Gas conference. The event was hosted by The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex-Brasil), an organization that aims to promote Brazilian products and services abroad, and to attract foreign investment to the Brazilian market.

This year, the event gathered over 50 professionals from the Oil and Gas Industry to discuss internationalization strategy and successful cases, one of which was Radix's.

Guimarães presented Radix’s story and how the company established offices in an international market. “It’s important to persevere and believe it will work out. Knowing and understanding the clients’ needs and being able to adapt to different changing technology and demands is very important”, said the CEO.

The CEO presented how the company, originally founded in 2010 in Brazil, foresaw the opportunity the market in the United States offered. “Studies suggest the GDP in Texas alone is larger than most countries”, said Guimarães. With that in mind, Radix founded the office in Houston and focused on hiring a team for the US’ office due to the growing demand from clients located in Texas.

In 2018, Radix opened a new office in Atlanta, Georgia to better serve clients on the east coast and has been executing projects in with various customers.

The company now works in various industries such as Oil and Gas, Metals and Mining, Pulp and Paper, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, and Transportation among others.
