Radix Makes “Top 25 Great Places to Work® in Latin America” List For 10th Year in a Row

With a policy of innovation, transparency and focus on the individual, the company has stood out in the ranking since its foundation

Radix has just been elected as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America 2020. The company has remained in the ranking since it entered the market in 2010, positively consolidating its image with employees, public opinion, and competition. This year, it occupies the 21st place in the large companies’ category and the first between IT companies.

Promoted by Great Place To Work on June 2, the awards this year adapted to the demands of the Covid-19 pandemic scenario and, for the first time, made the announcement of the winners on the web. The ranking divided the winners based on three segments: Small and Medium Enterprises, Large Companies, and Multinationals.

According to the company's CEO, João Chachamovitz, Radix's constancy among the best is due to factors that go beyond employee satisfaction with the salary or the direct benefits offered by the company. He believes that training, professional development, transparency, and innovation policies in work practices interfere with employees' opinions. Besides, Chachamovitz, the focus on the quality of life also makes a difference in the assessment.

- All our employees are often encouraged to think independently and creatively. In a diverse team like ours, it turns out to be easy. We encourage them to be our company’s face, showing all the knowledge acquired and constantly renewed how to develop better solutions and more effective results.  Having said that, we acknowledge our teams effort and are proud to show the growth that has been achieved by everyone’s diligent work – says the CEO.

He also recalls that the company promotes bonus programs for employees who indicate new talents, businesses, and prospects. Having as one of its values ​​the focus on the human being, Radix - which is currently working with all employees working remotely because of the coronavirus - offers a series of activities in the company, ranging from meetings to discuss new technologies, meet them ups, popcorn and pizza festivals, tickets to museums and theaters to therapeutic massages. 

- During quarantine, we are promoting, for example, online entertainment activities - explains Chachamovitz.

Transparency in its production process - from hiring suppliers to internal professional relationships and with customers - is another relevant aspect of the company's culture, which belongs to a select group of 25 organizations recognized for the integrity of their relations with the public and private sectors. The Empresa Pró-Ética program is an initiative of MTFC (Department of Accountability of Brazil) and Instituto Ethos.

Radix also invests in different training and development training for students who are about to enter the job market or are starting their careers through a corporate university that offers continuing education to professionals.
