Seeking to act actively in the promotion of diversity and inclusion, we launched a selection process with vacancies intended exclusively for people with disabilities (PWDs). In all, there are 10 affirmative vacancies for newly graduated professionals or students in the phase of graduation, in all areas of engineering related to technology.
The process of choosing the candidates is for immediate hiring of those selected, under the CLT regime. The only requirement is to have knowledge of Autocad and Smart Plant 3D. The selection will be online and people from different parts of Brazil can apply for the vacancies, as long as they have the required knowledge. The work can be hybrid or face-to-face in Rio de Janeiro.
The action is part of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program, developed by Radix with the commitment to make the labor market increasingly human, boosting the structuring of diverse teams and the development of social responsibility and welcoming initiatives.
